More hooping after class. The flow is better in this one i think - I'd started to relax a bit more. Been listening to this track a lot as we're using it for a performance - thought i'd see what a freestyle session would look like. I've been practicing my second current a lot but that's not visible here because as soon as I get into it I stick to all double breaks! It'll show through soon!
