http://suevittner.com Day 3 of the Master Cleanse is done! It was a pretty easy and relaxing day. I felt inspired to meditate longer and also paint. These are things I often neglect. One word of caution...if you choose to take the laxative tea in the morning instead of the salt flush, be aware that about 5 hours later you'll need to be near a bathroom!! Enjoy
